Youre a fool if you dont know that April 1st is when the Final Four contests commence, with the NCAA National Championship being determined on April 3rd.
It is a crazy time of year all-around and college basketball embraces this insanity whole-heartedly. If youre planning on wagering on March Madness-the biggest sporting event of the month and one of the most heavily bet events each year-you may want to consider a few important facts when choosing your brackets or making a team-on-team wager.
March Madness features 65 teams from some of the best known and also from some of the lesser-known college hoop conferences. Certainly youll see teams from the prestigious Atlantic Coast, Big East, PAC-10, SEC, Big 12 and Big 10, and youll also find various other conferences represented, such as the Metro Atlantic, Big Sky, Big South and America East. Most fans will have heard of and know something about the teams from the more competitive conferences, however the schools from conferences that are not closely followed during the year are often difficult for even experts to analyze.
In the first round, bottom seeds contend against top seeds with the results usually being predictable-the top seeds more often

I watched an old Alfred Hitchcock film the other night entitled I Confess. It starred a very young Montgomery Clift as a priest. The movie also stars Anne Baxter. At the beginning of the movie an immigrant murders a wealthy man from the town during a robbery on accident. After the murder he returns to the rectory where he works and confesses the crime to Father Logan played by Montgomery Clift. The next day when the murder is discovered, Father Logan must act like he knows nothing of the crime. However what the immigrant didnt know is that Father Logan would later be accused of the crime.

You’ve probably read the previous piece on North Indian breads. This article focuses on North Indian cooking, which includes cooking style, spices used, terminology and some common foods.
North Indian cooking is nearly always quite spicy and uses a large number of spices in any given dish. The terms used for various dishes are normally descriptive of the food itself like Jeera Aloo for instance, which literally translates to ‘Cumin seed Potatoes’. Like most cultures there are also some misleading names like ‘Butter Chicken’, which is actually marinated chicken cooked in a tandoor and served in smooth, tomato gravy and doesn’t contain any butter. There are also terms which aren’t related to the food in question, like Pulao, which is rice cooked with spices and vegetables. The term sabzi (sub-zee) is used quite liberally when describing nearly any dry, vegetable preparation. The same applies to the term dal, which is used for most types of lentils. The term tari (tuh-ree) denotes gravy and is suffixed to the name of a dish when it has gravy.
In these days of fusion food, it is difficult to pin down a set of spices that a given region can

Skin care products are made of different substances. Some may be wholly organic while others make use of preservatives and chemicals. Vitamins, minerals, oils, and a whole lot of other skin care ingredients find their way inside your jars of moisturizers, bars of soaps, and tubes of creams. Writing chained auto-responder messages to sell a product is a good idea in principle, but in practice it can LOSE you clients just as well if you don’t get right.
A chained auto-responder is a sequence of emails that gets delivered automatically when someone subscribes to this autoresponder.
It is used in marketing to deliver mini-advertisements, teaser courses, demo extracts, testimonials or stepped sales letters, and all of this is designed to get the client eventually to click on the “buy me now” link for the main product that is being promoted.
There are three main problems with chained auto-responders. Avoid these, TEST your linked auto-responders before you inflict them on the general public, and you should see significant increases in your sales.
Problem No. 1 – No Content Beyond Selling
This is THE most VIOLENTLY annoying class of chained autoresponders – message after message from the same place, trying to sell you something, in so many different words. YUCK!
What marketers who don’t THINK seem to forget is that folk who own and manage PCs and email aren’t that stupid.
They can read and write, you know, and they are not IDIOTS.
After two or three repeats, they will

Many people I work with in therapy or in my writing-as-healing classes discover stories that surprise themstories about the mistakes they felt their parents made, power imbalances in the family, or stories about physical or sexual abuse. The darker stories are often a surprise: when writers sat down to write, those issues were not directly on their minds, but deep, revealing stories erupted from the pen. Though they were unexpected, for some they were a relief. People who have been in therapy have had the same kind of experiencethe subject matter in the forefront of the mind is not the material that accidentally arises during the session. The therapy session begins with a particular subject in the presentfor example dissatisfaction at work or trouble in a relationship, but often travels back in time with associations to parents, school, or past relationships.
It has become a clich to talk about dysfunctional relationships and families, but most people do not have perfect families, and many have had to struggle with a range of problemsalcoholism, abusephysical, sexual, or emotional, eating disorders, and depression, to name a few. No one likes to be reminded of the past but when it keeps coming up,
