Sencha: Asian Green Tea
Another type of asian green tea is the Sencha Premier which comes from Japan. Sencha is derived from the shape of its leaves that are called Spider-leg or Needle-Leaf teas. It originates in the Shizuoka region. It is the most highly produce green tea all over Japan. It commonly used in some Japanese occasions, like Japanese wedding or just a simple tea gathering. This is the most difficult tea to be brewed correctly because you need to consider the temperature and time when brewing this type of green tea. Some research says that to produce a grassy taste, strong, pure and not to bitter you must brew this tea shorter compare to the normal tea. It has a golden yellow color that looks tasty and healthy. Some also said that it is the only tea which produce a floral, vegetables taste, yet bitter but pleasant to taste. It belongs to the high quality of green tea but it is the cheapest of all.
