Does Your Internet Service Provider Piss You Off?
I have been working for about a year doing an online business. I sell stuffs, I do blogging, and even provide few services online. Not to mention the time spend with kids at home. Overall my life depends on the internet. What we eat is from the internet, what we wear is from the internet, and whatever is in our pocket is because of internet. So a day without an internet seems so troublesome to me. One day I woke up as early as I can to start working just to find out totally no connection. How can I run a business without it? how can I tweet? How can I answer all the queries of my buyers? I call the customer service to report the problem. It was a short conversation and ended up with a solution none other than waiting. I waited for hours and hours become one day. I said OK a day doesn’t hurt that bad. Days have passed and turn out to a devastating week. I was totally pissed I find myself escalating my calls to the supervisor. It was over a week and I only got what I wanted after that call. It was infuriating why it needs to take a week if they can do things right away.
